Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim against us, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at admin@pictotales.love. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
