The Inspiration Behind All Creation
In February 2023, my son was born. Having anticipated his arrival for many years, I yearned to become a good father. Before his birth, the moment I most often imagined was the precious time we would spend together reading picture books and sharing stories.
When I was young, I shared a room with my younger brother. Every night, my mission was to tell him stories - new adventures, fresh tales each day. This early training taught me how to think, design, and create. It was also a long, cherished period where we laughed together, cried together, felt scared together, and looked forward to tomorrow together. We experienced countless stories and grew up together in those irreplaceable moments.
Now, as I reach the time to tell stories to my own son, wanting to make them more vivid and exciting, I've discovered that my life experiences and the demands of work have somewhat diminished my imagination and left me with less time to spend with him.
This is why, as a father, a technologist with years of entrepreneurial experience, and a startup founder, I want to create the best gift possible for my son and for all families in this era - Pictotales.
A Long Way to Go
I hope this gift can become the most beautiful memory for all families and their most precious moments together. Especially in this era where generative AI is about to impact all aspects of life, we need more imagination, more creativity, and more love in how we educate our children.
